Shipping Conditions
- We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our delivery service
for smaller items, and ESTES Express for our larger freight shipments.
- Unfortunately our website does not have the ability to determine
which products are considered freight. You may fill your shopping cart with
items and choose UPS as a delivery method, but that is subject to change at
the Shipping Departments sole discretion. If you have any product in your
shopping cart that is considered freight, the entire order will be shipped
via freight, at the freight rates.
- There are NO refunds on shipping
charges.
- UPS - these calculation are made by
the website.
- UPS Ground
- Rate starts at $4.00
- 12.5% of the subtotal is added.
- UPS 3-Day
- Rate starts at $8.00
- 27% of the subtotal is added.
- UPS 2-Day
- Rate starts at $10.00
- 30% of the subtotal is added.
- UPS Next-Day
- Rate starts at $20.00
- 35% of the subtotal is added.
- UPS World Wide Express
- Rate starts at $30.00
- 45% of the subtotal is added.
- International freight charges are subject to change
at our Shipping Departments sole discretion. You will be notified
by email if a change is necessary.
- ESTES Express - these calculations
are NOT attempted by the website and will be adjusted.
- $100.00 for the 1st package.
- $45.00 for the 2nd package.
- $35.00 for the 3rd package.
- $25.00 for the 4th package
- $25.00 for all other items that could be sent via UPS.
- $50.00 RESIDENTIAL delivery
fee. You are considered residential if you do not have
a loading dock.
Billing Conditions

We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card &
Visa. You may also pay with a certified check, or money order. Purchase
Orders are accepted for pre-approved companies. We guarantee all the parts
we sell for 30 days.

Before an order can be processed, the entire
order must be billed. After approval from the Billing Department,
the order is then packaged for shipment.
- If paying by Certified Check or Money Order, please make
note of the Order Number off the website. Write
the order number on the Check or Money Order before mailing
it to our Customer Service Department at:
- Credit Card Payment
The billing address is defined as the address where the monthly statement
is mailed each month. This address is required before an order can be processed.
The shipping address requires a physical street address. UPS
will not deliver to a PO Box.
Backorders
- Items that are backordered will be shipped as soon as they
are available with no additional shipping charges
to you.
Returns
- Absolutely NO
returns will be accepted after 30 days of shipment.
- Absolutely NO
returns will be accepted COD.
- ALL returns
are subject to a re-stocking fee.
- Refunds/Credits will be less shipping expenses.
- ALL returns must be accompanied
by a copy of the original invoice & a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Call (336) 227-1589 for an RA# before sending a return and write that number
on your package. We suggest shipping your return with a carrier that offers
tracking services. We are NOT
responsible for packages that do not arrive or arrive damaged.
- Refunds/Credits will NOT
be authorized if the products have been used or installed.
Damages
- Damaged packages are the responsibility
of the carrier. Inspect your packages before the driver leaves.
Take note of any shipments that are delivered damaged. Contact your local
UPS or Trucking company if any damages occur. They will in turn contact us.
- When your order is delivered via Freight, it is IMPERATIVE
that you inspect your merchandise before signing the delivery ticket. In the
event of a damage, refuse the shipment because of damage. The Freight company
will contact us and we will be able to replace the merchandise for you. If
you accept the shipment, we will NOT be able
to replace the merchandise for you.
