1. Why should I buy from Hubbard's vs. some of their competitors?
Here at Hubbard's, Impalas are all we do. Many of our competitors carry parts for a variety of GM automobiles. They specialize in nothing and inventory is lacking. At Hubbard's we pride ourselves on specializing in ONLY Impalas. We have the most knowledgeable and committed staff to the Impala brand and since we focus on All Impalas - All the time, we are able to have the largest selection of in stock parts in the world.
2. How long has Hubbard's been in business?
Hubbard's Impala Parts has been family owned and operated since 1993. Since the beginning, it's been All Impalas, All the Time.

4. How do I make payment for my order?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. However we do also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Check, and Cash as forms of payment. Personal checks will be held to clear before product released.
5. How long will it take for me to receive my order and how does it ship?
Most parts are shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order. We use multiple parcel post carriers for most standard orders. Large sheet metal items must ship by motor freight. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina so shipping times may vary to your door step.
6. How can your prices be so much less than your competitors? Are the parts inferior?
Absolutely not! We buy parts directly from the manufacturer, which cuts out the middle man and allows us to give you a better deal!
7. Why are some of your prices higher while most are lower - for example, carpet prices?
Here at Hubbard's, Impalas are what we do - all the time. Many products are available from several different vendors. We always offer higher quality products because it has our name on it. A cheaper price possibly means a cheaper product.
8. Can I pick up my items at the store to avoid shipping costs?
Of course you are welcome to come to our show room to pick up your parts. We are located at 1676 Anthony Rd in Burlington, NC. Just call to get directions, and to make sure that we have your parts in stock and ready for you when you arrive! We are open M-F 8:30 am-6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am-12:00 pm.
9. Can I order parts and have them brought to car shows that Hubbard's is coming to?
Yes, we are happy to take show orders. They will be boxed and brought to the car show with your name on them. This is great because you are sure that we have your parts before you even come to the show! We ask that you call us at your earliest convenience with your order to allow ample time to prepare before the show so that we have time to box and load your order in advance.
10. Does Hubbard's attend more car shows than are listed in the catalog?
Yes, we do attend more car shows than get listed in the catalog. The best way to find out where we will be next is to visit the show schedule on the website. It is kept more up to date than we are able to keep the catalog!
